Our why.
It all started in 2023 when we committed to weekly sauna and plunge sessions. The benefits after a contrast therapy session were immediate and left us feeling energized, less stressed, and less sore from our workouts. We noticed that our needed recovery time post-workout was massively shortened.
The local gym’s sauna was often crowded, smelly, and failed to get hot enough - and there was not a public cold plunge within 15 minutes of the Foxboro area for us to use consistently.
After months of commuting 45 minutes to access the equipment we needed to feel our best, we decided to ‘take the plunge’ (quite literally) and build a wellness space for the local community to use and enjoy.
We believe everyone deserves the best recovery post-workout possible and to feel well in mind, body, and spirit.

First, be sure to purchase your desired package or membership so the sessions are in your account. You can do so by visiting the ‘Packages’ or ‘Membership’ section of the website. Then select ‘Book Now’ and you’ll be redirected to the ‘Gymflow’ booking system. Alternatively, you can also download the ‘Gymflow’ app, select ‘SaunaChill’ and book your appointment (recommended for best experience).

On the day of your session, a one-time unique door code to our shared space will be texted to you from one of our founders (Keith or Kelsey). Our building door will be unlocked 24 hours, and you will use the code to enter our office suite. After entering our shared room, SaunaChill is the first room on the left (to the left of the squat rack). Please knock before entering to ensure no one is in there.

Our cold plunge has a state of the art filtration system, but given sessions are back to back we want to ensure that the water remains as clean and safe as possible for all. If you plan to use the sauna first, we ask that you kindly walk through the gym shared space into the bathroom (through the laundry/kitchen area) and rinse quickly. Please do not get any water or sweat on the floor as you walk back to the room.

We have extra complimentary towels for you but recommend you bring your own as well. Please also bring sandals to avoid slipping when walking to the shower or moving around the room. We highly recommend you bring a large water bottle to rehydrate during and after the sauna (we find a glass water bottle is best to bring in the sauna with you vs plastic).

It’s important to check with a physician before any change to your health routine. Everyone’s tolerance for contrast therapy will vary especially for beginners. We recommend that you cap your sauna sessions at 30 minutes (sand timer located in sauna) and your cold plunges at 6 minutes.

You are welcome to bring 1 person to your session with you. Please note that your signing of our liability waivers applies to any and all guests you bring to your appointment.

To ensure all have a fair opportunity to use our space and book their preferred time, we have a 3-hour lead time for cancellations. Should you cancel your sessions 3 hours or less prior to start, you will not be charged but you will lose your session credit. We will not charge your for no-showing but caution that we cannot refund your booked credit.

We will charge a $30 fee for overstaying your session block. Note this will be monitored by a camera in the shared gym space to monitor time in and time checked out (no camera in sauna/cold plunge suite).

Our sauna is adjustable via the black touch screen on the outside. Unfortunately our cold plunge temperature cannot be adjusted during a session as it takes a while to heat up or get colder. If you would like a specific temperature for your cold plunge ahead of your session, please email or contact us at least 24 hours prior to your session so we can accomodate.

Contrast therapy (alternating between sauna and cold plunge) has a variety of scientific benefits including but not limited to: improved circulation, reduced inflammation, faster muscle recovery, improved mental clarity, pain management, skin health, decreased stress and anxiety, and improved cardiovascular health.

We ask that you are hydrated and have eaten something (especially if you are prone to light-headedness or have low blood pressure). Come with an open mindset and embracing taking a time out from the world to focus on your physical and mental wellness.

Of course! We offer a $75 guided cold plunge session with our founder Keith. He will teach you the core principles in ice bath therapy and breathing techniques to get the maximum benefits out of your plunge.
